Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary in a law firm setting.
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules in California.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
  • Prepare, format, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials in state and federal courts.
  • Manage electronic court filings (ECF) and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal court procedures.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and preparing trial binders.
