About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in selecting products and services, providing expert advice and recommendations
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, wholesale and retail partners
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual standards and inventory control procedures
  • Participate in sales promotions, events, and initiatives to drive sales growth and customer engagement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
