  • Technical Support: Provide technical solutions, design support, and equipment troubleshooting assistance to operations.

  • Knowledge Transfer: Develop knowledge mastery in new systems and train and coach plant engineers and maintenance staff, ensuring thorough transfer of knowledge and documentation.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic manner, responding quickly to changes in direction.
  • Process Improvement: Propose and implement work processes, procedures, and technical resources in accordance with the Engineering Policy.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years of project engineering or management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Strong experience in capital project management, utilizing standards and project delivery through initiation, planning, and execution. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Microsoft Projects, and able to use CAD to develop and edit system designs and machine layouts.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in a beverage, aseptic, and/or food manufacturing environment.
  • Financial Analysis: Understanding of financial analysis, relevant business KPIs, and CAPEX budgeting and preparation.
