Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary resource for both clinical and non-clinical needs during off-hours, delivering skilled nursing services to home health and hospice patients during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Current Ohio RN license
  • At least three years of experience in acute care, oncology, or geriatric nursing
  • Preferred experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
