Your Responsibilities:
As an LPN, you will respond to both clinical and non-clinical needs after standard business hours. Your role will involve conducting skilled nursing assessments, implementing interventions, and providing supportive care to home health and hospice patients during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Ohio.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in acute care, medical-surgical, oncology, or geriatric nursing is required.
  • Experience with a Medicare-certified home health agency is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license, insurance, and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
