We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at BCForward. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level analysis and leadership on data analysis projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex data models and databases using Snowflake and SQL.
- Design and deliver data visualization reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data warehousing, data mining, and data modeling strategies.
- Develop and maintain business rules using SQL logic.
- Design and deliver data mapping specifications for large reporting platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology-related field, such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- Proven track record of solving real-world problems using data and data visualization tools.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of database platforms, including Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and MS Access.
- Experience with data warehousing and data mining concepts.
- Experience with ERD/Data Modeling tools, such as Toad.
- Experience with Agile/Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
