Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced kitchen professional to join our team as a Senior Kitchen Associate at Pat's Peak in Henniker, NH for the winter ski season.

This is a seasonal position that requires individuals with excellent culinary skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional hospitality to our guests.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sets up and breaks down workstations according to production guidelines and recipes.
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to weekly/monthly cleaning schedules.
  • Cooks and prepares food according to production guidelines and recipes.
  • Learns methods of food preparation, cooking times, and portion sizes to ensure food is prepared in an approved manner.
  • Weighs, measures, and prepares food items according to specifications.
  • E nsures food is stored at the appropriate temperature for the appropriate length of time and follows all food safety standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • The ability to safely operate all kitchen equipment.
  • Requires frequent lifting/transporting hot food items, ability to work inside the kitchen area, interact with heated equipment, steam, including deep fryers, grills, and ovens, and other at-risk conditions.
  • Involves repetitive motion; must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to kneel, squat, bend, and reach to stock shelves.
  • Must be able to lift/carry packages up to thirty pounds.
  • Requires work with heat, sharp objects, and potentially other dangerous equipment.
Working Conditions and Compensation

This is a seasonal position with variable scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer a competitive compensation package with an estimated annual salary of $38,000-$45,000, based on location and experience.
