Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced professional with expertise in Windows environments, Active Directory setup, and imaging. The ideal candidate will also have experience with ticketing systems, preferably Jira, and MS Office troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Windows Environment: Ensure seamless operation of Windows-based systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
