Key Responsibilities
  • Event Setup and Dismantling: Set up and dismantle chairs, tables, stages, air walls, and other equipment as necessary to meet the requirements of diverse events.
  • Space Adaptation: Lead in the conversion of spaces to suit the requirements of various events, ensuring a seamless transition from one event to another.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure thorough cleaning of event areas after each event concludes, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Operational Schedules and Event Calendars: Stay updated on operational schedules and event calendars, adapting to any changes and ensuring a smooth execution of events.
  • Safety Protocols: Prioritize safety protocols and adhere to them consistently during job execution, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work varying schedules based on event demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Capacity to follow and implement basic instructions effectively, and proficiency in reading and speaking English to communicate with English-speaking customers or colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Physical stamina to frequently stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands for manual tasks, and reach with arms, with occasional requirements including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching, tasting, smelling, and sitting.
  • Lifting and Moving: Ability to lift heavy objects regularly, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the event schedule.
