Incentive: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
At Select Specialty Hospitals, a part of Select Medical, we specialize in the care of patients who are chronically and critically ill or those recovering from intensive care. Our organization employs over 48,000 professionals nationwide, delivering quality healthcare to approximately 70,000 patients daily across our various divisions.
Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of facility maintenance, utilities management, renovation projects, and new construction initiatives.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate all administrative and technical functions of the department.
- Develop, assess, and supervise departmental personnel and their activities.
- Engage actively in hospital committees that influence departmental operations, particularly in Safety and Infection Control.
- Establish and uphold a comprehensive Quality Control Program.
- Ensure compliance with Environment of Care and OSHA standards, adhering to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications
We are looking for motivated team players who are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality in their work.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in maintenance and environmental services within a healthcare setting.
- A College Degree is required.
- Familiarity with JCAHO/OSHA regulations and standards is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A College Degree in a field related to building construction and maintenance is preferred.
