Solar Panel Recycling Operations Director

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.

SOLARCYCLE, Inc is seeking an experienced Solar Panel Recycling Operations Director to lead our team of engineers in the design and construction of a cutting-edge solar panel recycling facility at our start-up factory in Cedartown, Georgia. This position is based in Cedartown, with the expectation of relocating to Cedartown within 8-12 months. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of engineering management, program management, and individual technical contributions in either mechanical or electrical engineering.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of engineers to design and implement state-of-the-art solar panel recycling systems
  • Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of recycling operations with other business functions
