The company has secured high-volume contracts with prominent industry leaders, including AES, EDF Renewables North America, EDP Renewables North America, Greenbacker, Ørsted, Qcells, Silfab, Silicon Ranch, and Sunrun. As a Renewable Energy Recycling Lead at SOLARCYCLE, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to make clean energy massively scalable and even more sustainable. Your expertise in mechanical or electrical engineering, combined with your leadership skills, will enable us to drive innovation and growth in the field of solar panel recycling.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in engineering management, program management, and individual technical contributions. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of engineers, including electrical, controls/automation, and mechanical disciplines, to design and develop cutting-edge solar panel recycling facilities.
• Overseeing the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, utilizing project management software like Smartsheet to track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Acting as an individual contributor when necessary, leveraging expertise in mechanical or electrical engineering to support the team in completing design and development tasks.
• Assisting in the recruitment of top talent and developing training plans to ensure skill growth and project success.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
