About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Hamilton Bradshaw Group. As a key member of our construction, engineering, and supply chain recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier talent solutions to our clients in Ohio.

With a proven track record of success in recruitment, you will have a deep understanding of the Ohio job market and an established network of contacts within the construction, engineering, and supply chain sectors. Your expertise will enable you to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that meet the needs of our clients.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment process, focusing on mid-to-senior-level roles in construction, engineering, and supply chain sectors.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, providing expert guidance and recruitment solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Utilize your market knowledge to attract high-quality candidates and match them to suitable roles.
  • Lead client consultations to understand their hiring challenges and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Mentor junior consultants, sharing your expertise to enhance the overall performance of the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and maintain recruitment best practices throughout the process.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a focus on the construction, engineering, or supply chain industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful placements and building strong client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ohio's job market and an established network of contacts within these sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to the team's growth and success.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment solutions for clients.
