About the Role

The Route Sales Representative is a key position at Frito Lay, responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a Frito Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Sell Products: Drive a Frito Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, and merchandise product to meet customer needs.
  • Partner with Store Managers: Work with store managers to increase sales, promote new products, and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
  • Manage Orders and Records: Order products, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records throughout the day.
  • Run Routes and Meet Customers: Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers to build relationships and increase sales.
