We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to expectant mothers and their families during the labor and delivery process.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients during labor and delivery, including administering medications, monitoring fetal heart rates, and performing vaginal deliveries.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition, including fetal distress or maternal complications.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Within 90 days of hire, National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
