- Design and Presentation: Prepare and develop presentations to internally and to existing and potential clients, showcasing your design work for various formats, including video, outdoor, email, digital ads, social, UX, and branding.

- Quality Improvement: Recommend measures to improve work and quality of product.
- Portfolio: Demonstrate outstanding creative conceptual and design skills through a portfolio that is clean, smart, and visually strong.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, skills in concepting, design, and video.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective campaigns.
- Strategic Thinking: Think strategically and solve problems.
- Client Experience: Experience with and confidence in working with clients, agency experience a plus.
- Communication Skills: Highly effective communication skills (interpersonal, writing, verbal, and presentation).
