Pure INC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to ensure the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities at our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the maintenance team to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage the attendance and payroll system for assigned team members, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans, schedules, and resource allocation to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with operations team members to resolve operational issues and improve overall site efficiency.
- Implement and maintain a robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) program to ensure equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors and contractors to support site maintenance requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance team members.
- Associate's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive change and motivate teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) standards and industrial maintenance best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized and able to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent certification.
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory roles.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as plastic manufacturing or recycling.
