About the Role

Pure INC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to ensure the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities at our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the maintenance team to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the attendance and payroll system for assigned team members, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans, schedules, and resource allocation to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with operations team members to resolve operational issues and improve overall site efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain a robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) program to ensure equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors and contractors to support site maintenance requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance team members.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive change and motivate teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) standards and industrial maintenance best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent certification.
  • 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as plastic manufacturing or recycling.
