Maintenance Supervisor

Join PureCycle, a pioneering company in plastic recycling, as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will lead the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities at our Ironton, OH facility.

• Provide leadership and oversight to the maintenance team to ensure adherence to company and site policies and procedures.
• Manage the hourly attendance and payroll system for assigned team members.
• Develop and implement Predictive and Preventative Maintenance (PdPM) programs to minimize downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to prioritize and schedule maintenance work orders.
• Ensure proper training, mentoring, and development of team members.

• Associate's degree in an applicable curriculum and 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work strategically and hands-on.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite applications and computerized maintenance management systems.
