- Formulate a comprehensive business and financial strategy for the Central Florida Water Services sector.
- Collaborate with the proposal team to spearhead the acquisition of revenue-generating projects.
- Supervise the recruitment of Project Managers to support the execution of the business strategy.
- Ensure successful project delivery with a focus on risk management and profitability.
- Provide technical leadership and advisory on water and wastewater projects.
- Proven ability and enthusiasm for cultivating new client relationships and establishing a Water Business Line practice.
- Bachelor's degree in civil, biological, or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Over 8 years of technical experience in the water sector, including a minimum of 3 years in project or team leadership roles.
- Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
- Experience in overseeing designs for water and wastewater projects.
- In-depth understanding of multi-disciplinary practices essential for water and wastewater infrastructure enhancements.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
