Air Ambulance Paramedic Specialist

Med-Trans is seeking an experienced Air Ambulance Paramedic to provide advanced life support care to patients during air transportation and scene call work. As a member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining patient care documentation, conducting daily base checks, and participating in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatched flight within the specified timeframe
* Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care with thorough patient care documentation
* Maintain competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills through ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences
* Maintain required licensure, certifications, and continuing education
* Ensure thorough knowledge and routine maintenance of all equipment and supplies used in emergency programs
* Build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues, EMS representatives, hospitals, and the public

Minimum Required Qualifications:

* At least three (3) years of experience in an ALS or critical care setting is required. Current EMT-P license/certification in the applicable states is also necessary
