Job Title: Emergency Response Paramedic

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Response Paramedic to join our team at Med-Trans. As a Flight Paramedic, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and transportation services to patients in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care to patients
  • Responsible for daily base checks, including narcotic counts
  • Maintain thorough patient care documentation and electronic patient care records
  • Participate in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences to maintain competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills
  • Assist in pre-mission liftoff checklists and provide support to pilots as needed
  • Comply with safety standards to ensure the safety of patients, medical personnel, and equipment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years' experience in an ALS or critical care setting
  • Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required prior to flight status
  • Advanced Certification (FP-C) preferred, required within 24 months from date of hire
