We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our experienced dental professionals.
Responsibilities:- Assist our dental team in preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
- Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
- Previous dental assisting experience or relevant education is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet state requirements for certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
- CPR Certification and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification.
