SAP Cutover Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Project Manager to lead the transition from legacy systems and ECC to SAP S/4HANA within our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will manage projects in the context of a larger complex program that spans across multiple manufacturing sites with varying SAP versions and customizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cutover Planning & Execution: Lead the creation and execution of a detailed Cutover plan, coordinating activities across multiple workstreams to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA with minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
  • Implementation Oversight: Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring all phases, including design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live, are completed on time and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges related to the cutover process, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring buy-in throughout the project.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the new system across manufacturing sites, including user training and support.
