Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Watermark Retirement Communities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and other team members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in senior care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting.
  • Able to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.
  • Diligent in paperwork and documentation.
  • Excellent work ethic and communication skills.
  • Great assessment skills and ability to learn and grow.
