Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in client health status
- Assist with non-medical daily activities, including companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation
- Drive clients to appointments and outings
- Provide dementia supervision and support
Requirements:
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Ability to provide routine individualized care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
