About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Applications Engineer to join our Rotational Development Program at Trimble. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various roles within different divisions, gaining valuable experience and exposure to multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical sales assistance and support to distribution partners, end-users, and internal teams
  • Participate in the technical training of staff and clients in the use of company products
  • Diagnose and resolve out-of-box failures and warranty replacements
  • Prepare next-generation tools and technologies for market release
  • Provide pre-release technical information and content for documentation
  • Learn and perform best practices in product and solution testing
  • Provide input on product vision and features
  • Coordinate the development and review of product documentation
  • Conduct market research projects to assess and compile market requirements
  • Provide structured and informal training on products, technology, and application of technology
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geospatial/Geomatics Engineering, Surveying, GIS, Geography, Construction Management, or similar
  • Experience with surveying, GIS, GPS, and/or other positioning solutions
  • Minimum of one related prior internship or up to three years of relevant professional experience
  • Familiarity with construction and/or mapping software
  • Product management exposure
  • Recent leadership experience/involvement in university or elsewhere
