About the Position

We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Adjunct Faculty Members in the Department of Social Work at the University of North Texas. As an Adjunct Faculty Member, you will have the opportunity to teach courses across the curriculum in both the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) programs.

Responsibilities

  • Teach courses in social welfare policy, human behavior, and field seminar
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of academic programs

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work with at least two years of post-master's social work practice experience
  • Licensure as a social worker at the LMSW or LCSW level
  • Previous college teaching experience
