Key Responsibilities:


1. Organize and oversee maintenance activities on all production and facility equipment, focusing on maximizing equipment uptime and addressing quality and production-related challenges through continuous improvement efforts, including troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

2. Interpret and analyze machine electrical and mechanical schematics.

3. Diagnose issues with programmable controllers, electronics, circuit systems, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

4. Utilize electrical testing instruments as necessary for repairs and diagnostics.

5. Repair and refurbish electrical and mechanical components.

6. Implement installation, modifications, and fabrication of equipment and systems to align with production requirements and timelines.

7. Effectively communicate maintenance updates across shifts, including with the Maintenance Team Leader and Maintenance Manager.

8. Maintain accountability for operational aspects plant-wide, including progress towards quality and production objectives.

9. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and workplace cleanliness.
