Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food delivery.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to achieve profitability targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of restaurant operations, including food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of restaurant staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with restaurant staff, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
