The Opportunity

As the Senior Business Partner, Roche Diagnostics China, you will lead a dynamic team of 10 Business Partners and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the Asia Pacific P&C Excellence Team and Asia Pacific Diagnostics BP Leadership Team, driving our ambitious 10-year plans.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with the General Manager and key business leaders, serving as an experienced coach and mentor to craft long-term business strategy and patient-centric priorities.
  • Translate key business priorities into impactful People & Culture strategies, driving diversity, inclusion, and future talent capabilities across the organization.
  • Act as a strategic partner and coach for fostering VACC leadership, advancing organizational design, and crafting an inclusive work culture.
  • Lead the development of capabilities for Business Partners in the China network and collaborate with other Network Coaches to share best practices.

You have strong business acumen and a focus on the future of work, with a proven track record to lead large-scale initiatives to address long-term People & Culture needs. You demonstrated VACC leadership, collaboration, and co-creation abilities, leveraging digital tools to drive impactful change. With an enterprise mindset and system thinking, you enable effective collaboration across business areas in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in crafting People & Culture across diverse business areas, with the ability to navigate and influence the P&C system at a strategic level.
  • Excellent situational assessment and objective evaluation skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated topics into manageable strategies.
  • Fluent Chinese and English language skills.
  • Previous professional experience in China is a pre-requisite.
