Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers on fluid power products and systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Assist in the selection and application of fluid power products and systems to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and training to customers, sales team, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to design and develop new fluid power products and improve existing ones.
  • Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure product performance and quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory standards related to fluid power.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer visits and sales presentations.
  • Participate in the preparation of technical proposals and quotes.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the product management team on product enhancements, market trends, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fluid power, hydraulics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MD Tools or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of fluid power principles, hydraulic systems, and related technologies.
  • Proven experience in customer interactions, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation and training skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to fluid power.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and sales presentations.
