Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Physician Assistant for our advanced urgent care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years in emergency medicine or 3 years in a high-volume urgent care setting, demonstrating proficiency in managing both adult and pediatric patients.
Our urgent care centers operate seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. Full-time roles require the ability to work three 12-hour shifts weekly, including every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care; we prioritize our patients' well-being and expect our team to provide outstanding service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively, along with knowledge of occupational health, emergency room protocols, and family practice procedures.
- Competently operate essential medical equipment such as EKG machines and nebulizers.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree and relevant certification.
- A valid PA license in the applicable urgent care state.
- Credentialed to treat patients across all age groups.
- Active DEA license without restrictions.
- Current DOT certification or the capability to obtain certification.
Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401K plan featuring a company match. Employees are entitled to four complimentary urgent care visits per year, which can be shared with immediate family members.
