Boulder Piqua is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient care and related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist. Your primary duties will include treating patients according to treatment plans, demonstrating a positive attitude and team building approach with all patients, clients, and team members, and maintaining productivity standards as determined by the supervisor and clinical needs. You will also be responsible for recording clinical documentation according to accepted regulatory and professional guidelines, instructing families and nursing staff regarding restorative/home programs as directed by the staff therapist, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and other meetings as required or directed. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with members of other departments, attending physicians, committee members, and other staff within the Rehab department. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Treat patients according to treatment plans

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
* Current licensure as a Speech Therapist in the state of Ohio
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
