Job Overview

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • NRP Certifications within 90 days of hire

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in computer systems, and a minimum of one year of experience in an acute care facility. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

The successful applicant will provide high-quality patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing nursing care in accordance with regulatory standards and ANA code of ethics
  • Ensuring patient safety through vigilant monitoring and reporting of hazards
  • SUPERVISING AND DIRECTING THE DELEGATION OF TASKS TO APPROPRIATE TEAM MEMBERS
  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient results

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
