The Pharmacy Technician in the Anticoagulation Clinic (ACC) plays a vital role in providing essential technical support under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist. Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Interaction:
- Conduct outreach to patients via phone or digital platforms.

- Distribute educational materials and necessary supplies to patients.

2. Workflow Coordination:
