Job Overview

Position: Oracle IAM Developer

Company: Cloud Analytics Technologies LLC

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Compensation: $50/hr on C2C (Maximum)

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder.

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle IAM developer or in a leadership role, focusing on the development and implementation of extensive Identity and Access Management solutions. At least 2 of those years should involve working with Oracle 11g R2.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Identity Federation services utilizing Oracle OAM / OIF, including advanced troubleshooting capabilities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- In-depth expertise in Identity Federation and a strong understanding of SAML 2.0.
- Proficient in core Java, including design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of network computing, performance concepts, and contemporary practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven capability to navigate a diverse range of technologies to provide complex solutions.
- Ability to communicate intricate technical issues effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skill in creating and presenting materials to clarify challenging concepts and achieve consensus.
- Effective time management skills, demonstrated by the successful and timely completion of projects.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Advanced security certifications.
