In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing both individual and team performance daily to manage overall service levels, as well as monitoring individual, team, and call center results to identify and act on both positive and negative performance trends.

**Job Description:**

The Contact Center Performance Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to, and standards are met. This includes handling and resolving customer issues when Supervisory representation is required or requested, as well as maintaining harmony amongst the team and resolving grievances.

**Key Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A deep understanding of customer relationship management principles.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000-$100,000 per year.
