Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Proven expertise in clinical research methodologies
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with blood draws and venous catheter placements
- Capability to assist in the planning and execution of human subject research
- Strong skills in literature review and analytical reporting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with ultrasound techniques (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
