Patient Care Advocate

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Advocate to join our team of clinical support staff. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding patients in taking back their lives by helping them understand the benefits of our treatment options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between patients and their providers to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face patient experiences at our clinics, providing a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and provide guidance on the best course of action.
- Consult with patients to gather pertinent information regarding their current symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
