We are seeking a skilled Weekend Leasing Consultant to join our team.

**Job Summary**

As a Weekend Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing our properties to prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct tours of our properties and show apartments to prospective residents
* Sell our community over the phone and internet to convert leads to on-site tours
* Greet all individuals entering the leasing office in a friendly and professional manner
* Maintain thorough product knowledge of our properties and the local community
* Apply product knowledge to prospective residents' needs by effectively communicating features and benefits
* Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and current residents
* Accept maintenance requests, submit maintenance tickets, and complete follow-up to ensure satisfaction
* Handle resident calls and in-person concerns
* Respect boundaries of confidentiality, safety, and local and Federal Fair Housing Laws
* Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all applications, lease documents, and related paperwork
* Accept rental payments
* Facilitate the move-in and move-out process
* Provide general clerical assistance, including answering phones, taking messages, and filing

**Schedule:**

This position is for weekends only, with hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday.

**Requirements:**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of local market trends and property management practices
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* High school diploma or equivalent required
