  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Provide guidance, support, and training to internal stakeholders and customers on data products and related technologies.
  • Foster Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, data science, software development, and UI/UX design, to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Establish Data Governance: Define and enforce data governance standards, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulations.
  • Measure Success: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data products, iterating based on feedback and insights.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong understanding of developing and guiding others.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including process and organizational management, to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data product management, including data governance, data quality, and data security.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 6+ years of related work experience.
