Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team in Spring, TX. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support with daily living tasks, personal care, and community integration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Assist with behavioral health support, including crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
  • Encourage community integration through activities such as shopping, socializing, and recreational pursuits
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
