Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Diagnostics Manager to join our team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in cardiovascular diagnostics, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of the Cath Lab, including the provision of resources and an environment that facilitates customer service with optimal, cost-efficient patient care delivery.
  • Define and monitor the standards of patient care, ensuring availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources.
  • Support collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes.
  • Oversee the clinical operations of structural heart, electrophysiology, vascular, pediatric, and general cardiology systemwide.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred or 4 additional years experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
  • Licensed in the State of Washington RN, RDCS or RCS (for Echo), RCIS certification (for Cath).
  • Five years recent clinical experience in specialty.
  • Three years of experience in a managerial, supervisory or lead capacity; preferably in specialty area.
