- Provide brief therapeutic interventions and crisis management as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and referrals for additional services.
- Offer education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Advocate for patients' needs within the healthcare system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice psychiatry in New York.
- Board certification in psychiatry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatry, with experience in both adult and pediatric populations preferred.
- Must be tech savvy and able to work remote comfortably.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Please note that the annual base salary range is $160/hr to $180/hr. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation will be finalized at the time of offer.
