Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Associate Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our brand or marketing capabilities team, you will build core marketing competencies and take ownership of areas like advertising, consumer promotion, market research, analytics, product/package improvements, digital capabilities, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Crafting marketing communications, claims, and impactful media connection plans with external agency partners
  • Uncovering insights about the category, competitor, and retail customers that drive business recommendations
  • Successfully setting and ensuring delivery of monthly and annual shipment and consumption analysis
  • Conducting consumer research to uncover insights that shape in-market activations
  • Collaborating with internal departments to coordinate team activities/projects and attain short- and long-term sales and profit commitments
  • Owning your brand's P&L and making investment recommendations to drive profitable growth
Requirements
  • Current graduate student completing their MBA or Master's Degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 and July 2025
  • 2+ years of business experience
  • Degree concentration in Brand Management or Marketing
  • 3-6 months of previous Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) internship experience
