Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment movement
  • Maintain organized records of purchase orders and validate data within the SAP ERP system
  • Negotiate lead times, pricing, and payment conditions with vendors while auditing shipping documents
  • Develop and manage relationships with overseas suppliers, addressing shipment and inventory challenges
  • Collaborate with various departments including Quality, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and Account Management

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual skills preferred (e.g., Mandarin Chinese, Korean)
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or International Trade is preferred
  • Able to communicate effectively with international vendors considering time zone differences

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
