Job Overview

The Lovesac Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our products, and creating a unique shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide each customer with outstanding service
  • Represent The Lovesac Company on social media platforms, showcasing our products and features
  • Offer additional financing options to customers
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns
  • Partner with store management to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, and store cleanliness
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally
  • Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects employees, peers, and customers
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Self-motivated and driven to sell
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency
  • Accountable and responsible for actions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Superior communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Able to communicate in a positive and professional manner
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including iPad, laptop, and POS systems
  • Compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to work in an office environment and report to work at Corporate Headquarters or designated showroom
  • Ability to move objects, including medium to large furniture items, and assemble furniture
  • Ability to travel for occasional meetings and conferences
