Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement governance, risk, and compliance strategies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and RMF processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk and compliance requirements to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring seamless integration with Workday's GRC function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system security controls, ensuring alignment with FedRAMP Framework and DoD Impact levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring Workday's GRC function remains compliant and secure.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance, with a strong background in FedRAMP and RMF processes.
  • TS/SCI with CI POLY security clearance.
  • Knowledge of FedRAMP Framework and DoD Impact levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in system design and audit management.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, PMP, or CIPP.

Compensation

Base Pay Range:
Primary Location: $157,100 USD - $235,600 USD
Additional US Location(s): $142,100 USD - $261,600 USD
