Housekeeping Attendants are essential in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest accommodations, corridors, and communal spaces within the hotel. They are responsible for daily room servicing, replenishing supplies, and upholding company standards while adhering to safety and security protocols.

Primary Duties:
  • Engage with guests and team members in a courteous, service-focused manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Exhibit high standards of personal grooming and appearance.
  • Comply with all safety and operational guidelines.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms during each shift.
  • Prepare housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and linens.
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms.
  • Ensure that hallways, public spaces, and storage areas are tidy and well-organized.
  • Organize housekeeping carts for the following day.
  • Respect guest privacy while performing cleaning duties.
  • Promptly report any missing items or maintenance concerns.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
