About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Good Samaritan Society in Mountain Lake, MN. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide resident-centered care, including daily living assistance, bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing/undressing.
  • Assist with basic health care needs, including vital sign monitoring, and providing psychosocial support.
  • Participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed.
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
  • Minimum age of 16.
  • Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.
  • Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits.
